User Registration and Account Access
Klen is primarily designed for use within captive and managed laundry environments.
User registration is not performed directly through the Klen mobile application.
Registration and user authorization are handled separately through a registration process or link provided by the relevant organization, institution, campus, or laundry service provider.
Once registration is completed and the required access credentials are issued, authorized users can log in to the Klen application and access the laundry services made available to them.
How We Use Your Information

Klen is designed for users who have been authorized to access laundry services by a participating organization, institution, campus, or service provider.
Where the service is made available to minors, the participating organization or service provider is responsible for ensuring that user enrollment and use of the service are handled in accordance with applicable requirements, including parental or guardian consent where required.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children except where such access has been appropriately authorized for the provision of the applicable laundry service.
